Where we ship

Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii. That is it for now. International shipping is coming. PLA slabs and customs paperwork are still working out their relationship.

Lead time

Small: 5 business days from approved preview to your mailbox.

Standard: 6 business days.

Jumbo: 7 business days.

Print starts the moment you approve the preview and payment clears. USPS Ground Advantage handles the rest.

Free shipping

Shipping is included in the price you see on the product page. No tier-up to "free shipping at $50", no surprise fee at the cart screen. The number you see is the number you pay.

Tracking

You get a tracking email the moment we print the USPS label. A second "delivered" email lands when USPS scans the package as dropped at your address.

If it is late

Email hello@thudletter.com with your order ID. If tracking shows zero movement for 14 days we replace the order. See refund policy.
