BROKEN SLAB, NEW SLAB. NO QUESTIONS.
If the slab arrives broken, we make another one. If you regret sending it, that's not on us. The full terms below.
30-day misprint replacement
If the slab arrives different from the preview you approved. Wrong text. Wrong size. Wrong color. Letters that did not raise. Any defect from our side. Send a photo and your order ID within 30 days of delivery. We reprint and reship. Free.
30-day shipping-damage replacement
If the package arrives obviously damaged. Cracked slab. Crushed box. USPS did the thing. Send a photo of the damaged package and the slab within 30 days of delivery. We replace it. Free.
Lost in transit
If USPS tracking shows zero movement for 14 days, we replace your order. No questions, no fight. Email hello@thudletter.com with your order ID.
No "changed my mind" refunds
Every slab is printed for one person, one message. We start printing right after you approve the preview. Past that point, "I changed my mind" is not refundable. This is custom manufacturing, not retail.
Pre-print cancellation
You can self-cancel from your order page as long as the order status is still Pending payment, Paid, or Queued. Once the status flips to Printing, filament is committed and you have to contact support.
